An AWV is a yearly appointment with a healthcare provider that is designed to help you stay healthy and prevent future health problems. During the visit, your healthcare provider will review your medical history, perform a physical exam, and assess your risk factors for various health conditions. They may also recommend preventive screenings and tests based on your age, gender, and health status.
